Biography

In July of 2004 the COSMOSQUAD pairing of guitarist JEFF KOLLMAN and drummer Shane Gaalas debuted an all new venture dubbed THE CRUMB BROS., a quintet in union with ARTENSION and EDWIN DARE bassist Kevin Chown, lead vocalist Mark Renk and keyboard player Stephen Anderson. Kollman had made his name with the MOGG/WAY venture of the UFO pairing of vocalist Phil Mogg and bass player PETE WAY, appearing on that unit's second album 'Chocolate Box'. Previously, Kollman had made his mark with EDWIN DARE and THE TRUTH. Mid 2002 found the guitarist collaborating with ex-DEEP PURPLE and BLACK SABBATH singer GLENN HUGHES on the album 'Songs In The Key Of Rock'. The guitarist would also contribute to the second installment of the GLENN HUGHES and JOE LYNN TURNER collaboration HUGHES TURNER PROJECT.

Gaalas carved his reputation with the YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, GLENN HUGHES, Japanese mega-act B'Z and an appearance on ULI JON ROTH's 2000 album 'Transcendental Sky Guitar'.

Cutting an album entitled 'Recycled Influence' THE CRUMB BROS. debuted on the live front on 13th July at Club Lingerie in Hollywood.
