Fronted by the erstwhile frontman of Texan Glam band SWEET SAVAGE Joey C. Jones, following his departure from a very brief stay in POISON guitarist C.C. DeVille's unproductive solo outfit. The singer joined forces with fellow DeVille refugees drummer Adam Hamilton and bassist Christopher Turok taking many of the songs Jones had written with them.

Joined by guitarist Craig Bradford, a friend of Hamilton's from Shreveport, Louisiana, JOEY C. JONES AND THE GLORY HOUNDS signed to Los Angeles based TNT Records.The album track 'Wait All Night' was written by Jones with CHEAP TRICK's Robin Zander and Rick Neilsen.

Both Bradford, switching roles to lead vocalist, and Hamilton would feature in the 2001 act NEEDLE PARK issuing the 'C'Mon Get Real' album. Hamilton would also hold down a position as bassist with L.A. GUNS.
