In 1994 Rob Flynn of MACHINE HEAD and VIO-LENCE repute engaged with METALLICA's Jason Newsted, SEPULTURA's guitarist Andreas Kisser and EXODUS man Tom Hunting on drums on their oddball Metal venture SEXOTURICA (a combination of "Sepultura-Exodus-Metallica"). EXODUS guitarist Gary Holt also performed live but was not to featuring on recordings. On March 19th 1995 SEXOTURICA recordedthe three track 'SpermogoDemo' sessions.

This same illustrious quartet of Flynn, Newsted, Kisser and Hunting also worked up another one off project billed QUARTETO DA PINGA, recording at Newsted's Chophouse Studios in August 1995.

The SEXOTURICA demos were released by Chophouse Records in 2003 as a split album 'IR8 vs Sexoturica'.
