Founded in 2005, San Francisco's ALL TIME HIGHS features DEATH ANGEL and SWARM frontman Mark Osegueda alongside members of LICA-STO, TRES PISTOLAS, THE SICK and THE OOZIES. The group took on an extensive touring schedule across the USA in the spring of 2007.
