In mid 2006 it was announced that former DROPBOX members vocalist / guitarist John Kosco and guitarist Joey Wilkinson had joined forces with bassist John Eville in a new band outfit called SAINT CAINE. After auditioning drummers Matt Byrne of HATEBREED and Derek Kerswil of SEEMLESS the group settled on took on the MEDICATION, DOWNSET, CROWBAR, BLOODSIMPLE and DEADBOLT credited Chris Hamilton.
