Biography
RESUSCITATOR issued two demos during 1993, an opening eponymous tape followed by the 'Satan Falls To Earth' session. Contracted to Wild Rags Records, the 'Initiation' EP followed, with the line-up consisting of 'Beast' on vocals, Juan on guitar, Fernando Guzman on guitar, J. Luis Aguillera on bass and rounded out by Armando Fernandez on drums, after which the band structure was afflicted by a series of member changes as personnel adopted new stage names. Summoner was installed on vocals and bass guitar during 1994, drummer Fyre enrolled the following year and Sardonic Wrath was added on keyboards in 1996. Aggressive Beater would then take over the drum position as Sacbe was incorporated on guitar. Bassist Soulless decamped in 1998 and Summoner duly took over bass duties once again.
The band signed to From Beyond Productions for a re-issue of their 2003 debut album 'Cursed Visions From His Infernal Realm', this version being completely remixed and re-mastered. A brand new album, 'A Warrior's Death', followed. In early 2004 the band announced that vocalist Summoner would no longer perform live with the band, but was to remain part of the group for songwriting sessions as well as all recordings. All vocal duties in a live situation were delegated to guitarist Sacbe. The band wrapped up recording of a new album, provisionally titled 'A Warrior's Death', in March of 2004. The band line up at this juncture stood at Sacbe on vocals and guitar, second guitarist Obscurer, bassist Altsoba and drummer Zonck. RESUSCITATOR united with THE CHASM and THROCULT for September tour dates.
