The debut album, originally slated to be titled 'Fornicating In The Aftermath', would be picked up by the new Willowtip extreme Metal label for January 2002 release rebilled as 'Human Larvae (Earthly Cleansing)'. COMMIT SUICIDE would also lay down tracks, including a take on DEATH's 'Open Casket', for a split EP shared with MISERY INDEX.

Lee would be in the bass seat for OVERLORD EXTERMINATOR in early 2004, a Black Metal combo assembled by Danny Lilker of NUCLEAR ASSAULT, THE RAVENOUS, BRUTAL TRUTH and ANTHRAX reputation and also featuring Adam Bonacci from WITHERED EARTH on vocals. This band's presence would be first marked by internet demos posted in February.

COMMIT SUICIDE folded in September of 2004.
