PHOENIX DOWN was the comeback vehicle for muscle bound ALICE COOPER guitarist KANE ROBERTS. The debut album 'Under A Wild Sky', produced by Michael Wagener, sees songwriting contributions from DESMOND CHILD and SURVIVOR guitarist JIM PETERIK. Featured musicians include the aforementioned Peterik, STEELHOUSE LANE's Mike Slamer, TEN's Vinny Burns and ex SAMSON singer Sam Blue.

Other session men appear under pseudonyms such as he improbable 'Bubba Cashdollars', 'Laughing Boy E' and 'Jim Jetski'. Guitarist 'KaBong' is actually ex LIZZY BORDEN man Gene Allen.
