PERFECT WORLD is a 2003 AOR project forged by former HURRICANE and UNRULY CHILD vocalist Kelly Hansen and bass player Fabrizio V. Zee Grossi. Contributing to the eponymous album would be the DOKKEN credited guitarist Alex De Rosso, keyboard player Adam Forgione and TRIBE AFTER TRIBE's J.M. Scattolin on drums.

2005 saw De Rosso aiding as studio guest on the MICHELE LUPPI'S HEAVEN 'Strive' album. That same year Kelly Hansen stepped into the major touring league by being announced as the new FOREIGNER frontman. In October 2006 Hansen vocalised on cover versions of the JOURNEY classics 'Wheel In The Sky' and 'Separate Ways' featured on the Cleopatra Records homage collection '80s Metal Tribute To Journey'.
