Biography

PAGES evolved into the globally recognized MR. MISTER. The band started as a duo of vocalist Richard Page and keyboard player Steve George although studio assistance for the self titled 1978 debut came from guitaristy Peter Leinheiser and drummer Russ Battlene.

PAGES was brought up to band strength for 1979's sophomore 'Future Street' with the addition of guitarist Charles Johnson, bassist Jerry Manfredi and drummer George Lawrence.

Switching to Capitol Records the band was back down to the original duo for their re-launch record. Sessioning were AIRPLAY drummer Mike Baird, guitarist JAY GRAYDON, bassist Neil Stubenhaus and TOTO drummer Jeff Porcaro. Other guitars came from Paul Jackson Jr., Charles Johnson and Steve Kahn.

Page and George formed MR. MISTER.
