A modern, Progressive Rock band formed by ex LODGIC vocalist Billy Sherwood alongside ex STONE FURY guitarist Bruce Gowdy. Subsequently, both Gowdy and Allison stuck together to assemble UNRULY CHILD with ex KING KOBRA and SIGNAL vocalist MARK FREE.

Allison was the instigator behind a second WORLD TRADE album, recorded without Gowdy, in 1995 and released through the Magna Carta label. Sherwood later released an album with his longtime THE KEY project before finally entering the ranks of YES. In 2001 news emerged of a fresh band project assembled by Allison and Gowdy entitled MAC BETH. This new unit would be fronted by MAGDALEN vocalist Phillip Bardowell.
