Originally formed in 1989 by drummer Patterson and guitarist Walsh, the band moved up a few rungs with the addition of former PAIR-A-DICE frontman Paul Lancia and swiftly copped a slot on Rock radio station KNAC's 'Pure Rock' compilation of 1990.

1993 LANCIA released a self-titled debut album through A.I.E. Records. The record was subsequently released in Japan through Pony Canyon.

The track 'Tattooed Love Toy' featured on Metal Edge magazine's 1994 compilation 'The Best Of L.A.'

Paul Lancia would re-emerge at the turn of the millennium fronting a fresh act LAZY JANE in collaboration with ex FALLEN ANGEL / SWEET MUTHA guitarist Corey Beasley.
