    EDDIE MONEY's 1977 Bruce Botnick produced debut utilized a studio band of guitarist Jimmy Lyon, bassist Lonnie Turner, keyboard players Alan Pasqua and Randy Nichols and drummers Gary Mallaber and Gene Pardue. 1979's 'Life For The Taking' included Lyon, Mallaber, Nichols, Pasqua and Turner. Extra recruits in the studio were Jesse Bradman, TOTO's Steve Porcaro, guitarist John Whitney and Drummer Dave Danza.

    'Playing For Keeps', produced by Ron Nevison and released in 1980 had Money employing the services of VANILLA FUDGE / OZZY OSBOURNE drummer CARMINE APPICE and Mallaber. Guitar duties were entrusted to Greg Douglas, David Lewark and Lyon. Bassists included were Bob Glaub, Kenny Lewis and Lonnie Turner.

    1982's Tom Dowd produced 'No Control' found Mallaber, ex-BABYS man Tony Brock, GARY MOORE's Gary Ferguson on the drum stool alongside the legendary Art Wood. Pasqua contributed once again and guitars came from Lyon, Marty Walsh and Chuck Kirkpaptrick. Bass was in the hands of Ralph Carter.

    Dowd, in union with Spencer Proffer, was at the controls for 1983's 'Where's The Party'. Ferguson, Mallaber and Wood were back on drums alongside Michael Botts. Lyon duly aided on guitar together with Ralph Carter, MR. MISTER's Steve Farris, Frank Linx and John Nelson. Pasqua was on keyboards alongside Mitchell Froom and former ALICE COOPER / CACTUS man Duane Hitchings.

    'Can't Hold Back' found Money handling production along with Richie Zito. JOURNEY's rhythm section of bassist Randy Jackson and drummer Mike Baird assisted. PRISM's Henry Small turned up on backing vocals with guitars from Nelson and Zito. Additional bassists were Greg Lowry and Nathan East. MR. MISTER drummer Pat Mastelotto also made his presence felt. Money even included a duet with Ronnie Spector.

    Zito was back at the helm for 1988's 'Nothing To Lose'. Baird was back on drums. Jesse Harms and former CHOPPER member Kim Bullard put in keyboards with KING OF HEARTS man Tommy Funderburk on backing vocals. Guitars came from Nelson, Lyon, Zito and Tom Girvin. STEVIE SALAS added guest guitar.

    1991's 'Right Here' saw a gaggle of producers involved including Keith Olsen, Randy Jackson, Monty Byrom and Marc Tanner. Familiar faces in the studio were Baird, Bullard, Farris, Funderburk, Girvin, Glaub and Jackson. Additional contributers were bassists Don Cromwell (of AIR SUPPLY) and Don Schiff with drums from Jack White, Glenn Symmonds, John Snider and Charlie Drayton. Keyboards were supplied by Jerry Deaton and NELSON's Paul Mirkovich.

    Money's follow up was a live acoustic session titled 'Unplug It In'. His band for this event being guitarists Monty Byrom and Tommy Girvin, bassist Don Schiff and drummer Brian Gary.

    label switch to the Wolfgang concern resulted in 1995's 'Love And Money'. Former BABYS / BAD ENGLISH bassist Ricky Phillips was included along with Bullard, Byrom, Funderburk, Girvin, Kirkpatrick, Schiff, Snider and Zito. Drummer Kenny Aronoff was also along for the ride ands backing vocals came from ROBIN BECK and LENITA ERICKSON. Keyboards were in the hands of Curt Cuomo.

    Another label jump came with the next record 'Shakin' With The Money Man' issued on C.M.C. International. Loyal attendees were Aronoiff, Bullard, Cuomo, Girvin, Snider and Zito. New faces in the studio included guitarist Dean Mitchell and drummer Matt Laug.

    Girvin founded a solo project RANSOM in 1997 together with Cromwell for the 'Trouble In Paradise' album.

    Money joined German label SPV for his 1999 effort 'Ready Eddie'. The album included SURVIVOR guitarist Frankie Sullivan together with Aronoff, Byrom, Cuomo, Girvin and Snider. The same year Money guested on EDGAR WINTER's 'Winter Blues' opus suitably adding vocals to the track 'It's Only Money'.

    In the wake of the September 11th tragedies Money forged an alliance with other AOR heavyweights such as REO SPEEDWAGON, STYX, BAD COMPANY, JOHN WAITE, MARK FARNER, SURVIVOR, KANSAS, PETER FRAMPTON, JOURNEY and EDGAR WINTER for a fund raising events hosted by comedian Drew Carey. The show, which ocurred on October 20th at the Smirnoff Music Center in Dallas, Texas, raised a quite staggering $1 million dollars for victims of the disasters.

    Money was back on the road in North America during 2002 commencing August 22nd in Cleveland, making up a package tour with LOVERBOY and SURVIVOR billed as 'The Triple Shot Of Rock' dates.
