A Southern Boogie style band, not to be confused with the more well known and similarly titled outfit signed to A&M in later years, DOC HOLIDAY were fronted by one Frank Carillo.

The singer / guitarist would form his own group CARILLO towards the end of the 70s and release two albums through Atlantic before concentrating more on work as a songwriter. It's worth noting that Frank's name was recently linked in a songwriting capacity to rising Dutch female star ANOUK, contributing songs to her successful 'Together Alone' album in 1997.
