Dating from the early nineties Denver Power Metal act PSYCODRAMA first came to attention with the 'Illusion' demo. This cassette saw extensive sales and realised a deal with David T. Chastains label Leviathan Records to record the debut 'The Illusion' album. The 1997 PSYCODRAMA album 'Bent' was produced by ex-RATT bassist Juan Croucier. It includes a version of THE BEATLES 'Come Together'.

Corey Brown, teaming up with ex-TILES bassist Kevin Chown, was later to be seen fronting MAGNITUDE 9 for their 1998 album 'Chaos To Control'.

In February of 1999 Brown and guitarists Hercules Castro and Toby Kinnaman forged SECTION 16 with drummer Jeremy Hoffman of Colorado Springs Metal act JADED SOUL, debuting with a 2002 album 'Identity Crisis'. Brown also divided his duties by fronting REDEMPTION.
