Los Angeles Heavy Metal band. During 1985 the HELLION musicians guitarists Ray Schenk and Alan Barlam plus drummer Sean Kelly broke away from the Ann Boleyn fronted formation, to form BURN, with singer Richard Parico, after apparently being convinced that a female lead singer was deterring major label attention. Curt Lorraine of Wendy Dio's Niji Management took on the business duties for the band.

BURN would subsequently induct bassist Rik Fox (real surname Sulima-Suligowski), a former member of W.A.S.P., HELLION, STEELER and SIN. Demos were produced by Dana Strum, later of SLAUGHTER and VINNIE VINCENT INVASION repute. Parico was to exit, followed shortly after by Foxx, who joined Arizona's SURGICAL STEEL.
