ATTENTION DEFICIT is the late 90's Jazz Rock project band led by the TESTAMENT, SAVATAGE and OZZY OSBOURNE credited guitarist Alex Skolnick together with PRIMUS drummer Tim Alexander. Bassist Michael Manring would form part of the 2001 McGILL/MANRING/STEVENS project in alliance with FINNEUS GAUGE guitarist SCOTT McGILL and GONGZILLA drummer VIC STEVENS for the 'Addition By Subtraction' album. The bassist would also session in 2001 for SPASTIK INK. Skolnick duly forged noted Jazz-Metal combo the ALEX SKOLNICK TRIO.

In 2008 bassist Michael Manring featured on the song 'Cashmere Shiv' on NEVERMORE guitarist JEFF LOOMIS' solo debut album 'Zero Order Phase'.
