Following the departure of Kim La Chance the Hawaiian Metal band VIXEN morphed into ALOHA. With new singer Lisa Ruiz the group donated the track 'Heavy Metal Virgin' to the Metal Blade 'Metal Massacre Volume II' compilation. The new band was short-lived, Friedman and Graves ultimately choosing to form the even heavier HAWAII and gain a deal with Shrapnel. Guitarist MARTY FRIEDMAN of course later scored commercial success with both a series of notable solo albums and his high profile membership of MEGADETH.
