WARP DRIVE frontmam Mark Woerpel has recording experience with BLACKFOOT. Guitarist Stevie Ray Draeger had been involved with the Milwaukee band THRILLS GALORE and bassist Cary Kaylan had played with the RUBY STARR band. Drummer Mark McConnel had previously played with MADAM X with his Canadian compatriot and good buddy SEBASTIAN BACH of SKID ROW fame with whom the drummer had worked together in the Toronto club band VO5.

BLACKFOOT's Doug Bare contributed keyboards to the album, two tracks of which were produced by Rick Medlocke of BLACKFOOT. The bulk of the record was co-produced by Ben Grosse and Mark Woerpel. The album was first released independently by the group in their native Wisconsin before being picked up for release in Europe by the French Link label. In Britain the record was licensed to Music For Nations.

McConnel turned up in ex-SKID ROW singer SEBASTIAN BACH's solo group towards the end of 1997.
