Founded in 1999, Seattle's HOG MOLLY, oddly named after a fish, was the post TAD outfit of vocalist / guitarist Tad Doyle. Joining him on this venture would be former WILLARD and DITCH WITCH bassist Tyson Garcia, ex-PANIC guitarist Marty Chandler and drummer Jason "Slimmy" Jacobs, a man citing credits with MONSTER TRUCK DRIVER.

The band released the one album, '2001's 'Kung Fu Cocktail Grip' through Kool Arrow Records. Although media and fan reaction was positive, the band folded shortly afterwards. Doyle forged HOOF whilst the remaining trio forged THE ONES.
