A veritable AOR supergroup. Vocalist Kevin Chalfant's pedigree boasts terms with 707, TWO FIRES and STEELBREEZE. Guitarist STEF BURNS is ex-BERLIN, ALICE COOPER, Y&T and MICHAEL BOLTON whilst renowned JOURNEY man Ross Valory handles bass. Keyboards are with Tim Gorman who has credits with THE WHO and drums are from THE TUBES and JOURNEY man Prairie Prince. Studio guests on the 2000 'Phoenix Rising' album included guitarist Josh Ramos and erstwhile MEGADETH man MARTY FRIEDMAN.

Chalfant, Ramos and Valory are all ex-colleagues of THE STORM. The album was originally recorded after the break up of THE STORM and before Burns (then known under his real name of Stef Burnbaum) joined Y&T and ALICE COOPER.

The album was re-issued in 2005 clad in all new artwork.
