Somewhat of a extreme Metal supergroup. Contributing are former ANTHRAX, NUCLEAR ASSAULT and BRUTAL TRUTH and present day S.O.D. and HEMLOCK bassist Dan Lilker, NECROPHAGIA's Killjoy on vocals and Chris Reifert of ABSCESS and AUTOPSY. Clint Bower and Danny Coralles also aid in the studio.

A four track EP 'Apocalyptic Paranoid' was projected for release through Killjoy's own Baphomet label in 2002. THE RAVENOUS would sign to Southern Lord Records in September in preparation for a 2003 album provisionally billed as 'Blood Delirium'. An EP 'Three On A Meathook' was also slated for release through Red Stream
