'Can't Look Back' was the debut electric solo offering from highly respected COSMOSQUAD bassist BARRY SPARKS, at the time of recording a member of DOKKEN. Notable guest contributions came from Billy Gibbons of ZZ TOP and TED NUGENT. An earlier outing, 'Glimmer Of Hope' had been an all acoustic affair.

The Tucson native's career has seen him in high demand working in 2003 on the SCORPIONS opus 'Unbreakable' and MARTY FRIEDMAN's 'Music For Speeding' as well as touring as a member of TED NUGENT's band, DOKKEN and Japanese megastars the B'Z. Sparks also features on recordings by ULI JON ROTH, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN's 'The Seventh Sign' and 'Magnum Opus', the MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP's 'Written In The Sand', GEORGE BELLAS, VINNIE MOORE, TONY MACALPINE, JOHN WEST and ROLAND GRAPOW. Barry Sparks embarked on a brief US West Coast tour in April 2006 to support his solo album 'Can't Look Back'.
