Excellent Precision Metal band hailing from North Carolina, managed by NANTUCKET man Mike Uzzell. The quartet's four track EP was subsequently picked up by the German label U.S. Metal for release in Europe. Following the break up of the band Snare and Richardson would later join forces again in the frighteningly successful Melodic Rock group FIREHOUSE.

MAXX WARRIOR had their EP granted a 2002 European re-release through the German Rusty Diamond label, packaged as a split record shared with POWERLORD and MESSIAH PROPHET.
