Noël would appear to be the scantily clad, red lingerie favouring blonde depicted on the cover of one of the Scotti Brothers' more obscure album releases.

Despite being a relatively unknown quantity, the album boasts contributions from ex BABYS bassist Ricky Phillips and QUIET RIOT drummer Frankie Banali. Mitchell Froom of GAMMA fame also adds keyboards.
