New York's BLOCKK 16 was created by ex-24-7 SPYZ bassist Rick Skatore in alliance with a heavyweight cast comprising Ray Freeman Jr. on vocals, SAVATAGE and TRANS SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA guitarist CHRIS CAFFREY, second guitarist Shawn Vickers of TUDE FREEKS and MARIAH repute and the GEORGE LYNCH, THIRTY STONES and BLACK SYMPHONY credited Andrew Freeman also on guitar. The debut album, 'Too Brutal For Radio', emerged in 2002. Guesting in the studio would be erstwhile SPREAD EAGLE vocalist Ray West.

The band supported Y&T on East Coast dates in September 2005 although minus Caffrey.
