New Jersey Progressive Heavy Metal band MIDNIGHT DIVINE operated between 1989 and 1990. Bass player Chris Eike had previously been involved with MOLTEN, METAL MESSIAH, ASYLUM and LABYRINTH. Eike subsequently journeyed on through FATAL CHARM before Logan, Eike, Boyce and Alexander founded AUTUMN SILENCE with singer Mike Gorham to issue the 1991 'Winter's Calling' demo. Both Eike and AUTUMN SILENCE guitarist Rich Logan would also busy themselves with side venture THE RICK LOGAN PROJECT throughout 1994.

During the late nineties Chris Eike would work with BROKEN PEACE, on the 1995 EP 'Remorseful Knowledge', PRIMA DONNA, FINNEUS GAUGE, appearing on the albums 'More Once More' and 'One Inch Of The Fall', and THE HAND FARM. In 2004 Eike, then operating on the live circuit with STONEWATER GROOVE, recorded session work for MASTERMIND.
