Biography
Classic mid-80's speed Thrash Metal band, EXECUTIONER managed to release two albums before a thirteen year hiatus and eventual, belated, third release. Founded and spearheaded by Vocalist/guitarist Marc Johnson he was joined by Dan Scanell on drums. The 1986 debut was released on the Greenworld/New Renaissance group and the cassette release has a non-LP bonus cut called 'Final Destruction'.
A year later in 1987, original bassist Ari Vainio was replaced by Seth Putnam, who went on to a respected career with the notorious ANAL CUNT. The band disbanded shortly after but not before recording one more album's worth of material. By then Putnam had been replaced by Tommy Flynn. The album lay unreleased until 2000 when it was independently released with three extra live tracks including an AC/DC cover 'Walk All Over You'.
