Biography

Not to be confused with the only slightly earlier KILLING MACHINE of L.A. GUNS Tracii Guns. This KILLING MACHINE featured the W.A.S.P. rhythm section of bassist Mike Duda and drummer Stet Howland, STREAM and BELLADONNA guitarist Peter Scheithauer and erstwhile OBSESSION, DR. SIN, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN and LOUDNESS vocalist Mike Vescara. The singer launched KILLING MACHINE in 2000, the same year he released his second MVP project album 'Animation'.

In 2003 Scheithauer joined PUSHED alongside the EVIL DEAD, SLAYER and TESTAMENT credited drummer Jon Dette, vocalist Travis Neal, guitarist Joe Johnson, keyboard player Griffin, with AGENT STEEL's Juan Garcia handling bass. The following year, after Dette's departure from HAVOCHATE, the drummer united with Peter Scheithauer once more, forming up a new band unit in league with vocalist Dave Pullaro and the former SYSTEMATIC and MY RUIN credited bassist Johnny Chow.

It would be learned in early 2005 that Scheithauer and Dette had convened a brand new band unit entitled ENEMY OF GOD. This alliance found the pair partnered with MEGADETH and F5 bassist Dave Ellefson and Todd Barnes of 13-A on vocals. However, in March rumours surfaced that KILLING MACHINE was back on the agenda with the HELSTAR and SEVEN WITCHES credited James Rivera installed on vocals. By April, with Dette being replaced by W.A.S.P.'s Stet Howland, the project ENEMY OF GOD had morphed into TEMPLE OF BRUTALITY. Rivera joined VICIOUS RUMORS in September 2005.
