Biography

Guitarist Greg Howe presented his debut solo effort amidst a glut of guitar albums. Howe's rhythm section comprised of a sessioning ex-TALAS, UFO and DAVID LEE ROTH band BILLY SHEEHAN on bass, at the time putting MR. BIG together, and CACOPHONY drummer Atma Anur.

Howe steered his career onto more solid ground with his next album issued under the band name HOWE II, featuring his brother Al on vocals, which was more of a team effort, but Greg would return as a solo artist with 1993's 'Introspection'. By the turn of the millennium Howe found himself gracing the arenas as boy band N'SYNC's live guitarist. He would also involve himself in a 2001 band project with Brian Bart, erstwhile PRINCE drummer Michael Bland and ex-ALLAN HOLDSWORTH bassist John Purtle.

Howe embarked on a round of European tour dates in October 2008, his live band including drummer Gianluca Palmieri, bassist Jon Reshard and Dennis Hamm on keyboards.
