Biography

Drummer Frankie Banali, known for his high profile work with QUIET RIOT and W.A.S.P., assembled an all-star cast of players for his September 2007 tribute to LED ZEPPELIN drummer John Bonham '24/7/365 The Tribute To Led Zeppelin' released through RSM Records. Lynchpin for this project would be rhythm companion bassist TONY FRANKLIN, a veteran of THE FIRM and BLUE MURDER. Production duties were handled by Frankie Banali and Neil Citron.

The breakdown of tracks commenced with 'The Wanton Song', featuring singer Alex Ligertwood and WHITESNAKE's Doug Aldrich on guitar, followed by 'Four Sticks' fronted by ex-DEEP PURPLE, TRAPEZE and BLACK SABBATH vocalist GLENN HUGHES, with STEVE FISTER on guitar, 'Kashmir' sung by DON DOKKEN, STEVE FISTER again on guitar plus GREAT WHITE's Michael Lardie on keyboards then 'Out On The Tiles' vocalised by the GRAND PRIX, MCAULEY SCHENKER GROUP and SURVIVOR credited ROBIN McAULEY with WHITESNAKE's REB BEACH on guitar.
