Biography

FRAMESHIFT was initiated as a 2003 collaboration between Henning Pauly of CHAIN and DREAM THEATER vocalist James LaBrie. Other featured musicians on the debut album, 2004's 'Unweaving The Rainbow' released through ProgRock Records, based on the evolutionary novels of Richard Dawkins, would be guitarist/bass guitarist Nik Guadagnoli, saxophonist Steve Katsikas and drummer Eddie Marvin.

LaBrie then backed out of the project. A 2005 FRAMESHIFT album 'An Absence Of Empathy' would secure the high profile services of ex-SKID ROW singer SEBASTIAN BACH. Unfortunately this union resulted in a vicious war of words conducted between Bach and Pauly following the album release as the two disputed songwriting credits.
