Metal outfit created by the erstwhile BRUTAL GROOVE and SIDE-SWIPE duo of guitarist Joe Fraulob and drummer Darren Minter during 2002. Minter also has credits with leading German Industrial act DIE KRUPPS and Thrash veterans HEATHEN. Vocalist Skitz was recruited from Sacramento's BEAT OFFICERS. With bassist Venessa onboard DECONSTRUCT debuted with the demo 'Sign Of Things To Come' in December.

High profile gigging throughout 2003 saw DECONSTRUCT land the opening position for the IRON MAIDEN, MOTȪRHEAD and DIO gig in Marysville during August. A taster EP, 'The Human Condition - Act I', surfaced in July of 2004 preceding release of a full length album. This release featured the last tracks recorded by departed drummer Darren Minter alongside songs laid down with his replacement Frost, formerly of LUXT.
