Phoenix based Industrial Metal act SATANIC INDUSTRIES LTD. featured bassist Jay Jay (a.k.a. John Brown), also active with CYANIDE and Rob Halford's FIGHT. Jay Jay also has a reputation as a tattooist of distinction, inking Halford, PANTERA's Dimebag Darrell and SLAYER's Kerry King amongst others. The group was formulated in April 1993. Guitarist Goodie is well known on the international touring circuit in his roles as soundman, stage and production manager for acts such as SEPULTURA, SACRED REICH and BIOHAZARD.

SATANIC INDUSTRIES LTD. recorded a self-titled 1993 album at In Your Face Studios, Phoenix with producer Michael Karpiak. Post FIGHT, Jay Jay founded the short-lived VENT in union with FIGHT guitarist Brian Tilse. During 2001 SATANIC INDUSTRIES LTD., now with new drummer Rich Contadino, recorded second album 'Going To Church', released in October 2003 through on Triple X Records. Subsequently the band signed to STEPHEN PEARCY's Top Fuel Records.

In January 2004 Tilse and Jay Jay joined LOLLIPOP LUST KILL, this band unit subsequently adopting a rivised title of GLASS PIPE SUICIDE, cutting demos in 2005.
