Leamington Spa outfit IRON HORSE was assembled in 2004 by OLIVER/DAWSON SAXON frontman Alan 'Wardi' Ward along with a cast of veritable NWoBHM veterans comprising guitarists Alan Nyland of HANDSOME BEASTS and Baz Eardley from CHEVY, bassist Toby Pelham of V8 and CHEVY drummer Ted Duggan. Ward's colourful career had seen him fronting acts such as HURRICANE, MADAM X, SHAME, ST. VALENTINE, LONDON, SHY and PSYCHO WARD. Eardley had also featured in a latter day formation of ATOMIC ROOSTER.
