Biography

Liverpool band toured Britain as support to GYPSY QUEEN in 1988 before recruiting ex-MAI ROUGE bassist Dominic Sewell in late 1989. However, LARRAKIN split in 1992 after heavy gigging with guitarist Paul Hurst joining LAZY S. Canadian born frontman TONY O'HORA later joined fellow Scouse Melodic Rockers TORINO before stints with ONSLAUGHT, HIGHWIRE and PRAYING MANTIS. Sewell later joined former SAVAGE guitarist Andy Dawson in CLOWNHOUSE and then QUANGO. During 2003 O'Hora was fronting fabled 70s Glamsters SWEET and in September of 2004 joined STATETROOPER, not as a singer but as a bassist.

TONY O'HORA issued his debut album, 'Escape Into The Sun', through the Italian Frontiers label in January 2006. Acting as guitarist and producer for the project would be Swedish Magnus Karlsson of STARBREAKER and RUSSELL ALLEN / JORN LANDE repute.
