Progressive Rock project FROST debuted for Inside Out Music in June 2006 with the album 'Milliontown'. The group comprised FREEFALL vocalist / keyboard player Jem Godfrey, guitar player, John Mitchell, bassist John Jowitt with Andy Edwards on drums. John Boyes provided additional guitar.

Jem Godfrey held the dubious honour of scoring a number 1 UK single, co-composing a track for Pop trio ATOMIC KITTEN. Guitarist John Mitchell is a member of ARENA, KINO and the JOHN WETTON band. Bassist John Jowitt holds an impressive Prog tradition with ARK, WHITE TRASH, IQ , ARENA and JADIS. Andy Edwards is drummer for IQ and has worked with ROBERT PLANT's PRIORY OF BRION combo.

FROST marked a return in November 2008 with the album 'Experiments In Mass Appeal'.
