Biography

FOURWAYKILL was created in Bristol during 1997 by former members of ZARCOMA, GUTTERSNIPE, BEGGARS OPERA and CAIDIAR. An initial demo included the track 'Tribe/Human Killing Kind', subsequently donated to a Copro Records compilation album 'Ballistic'. The 2001 'Kill Or Cure' EP, recorded at Minstrel Studios in Somerset and seeing the song 'Deadweight' donated to a 'Powerplay' magazine cover mount CD, was supported by opening dates to ASSERT and FIREBIRD. Live work in 2002 witnessed supports to DIAMOND HEAD, at the London Camden Underworld in September where the band gave away a free two song demo, and BLAZE.

The following year FOURWAYKILL appeared at the Derby 'Bloodstock' festival and guested for ANTHRAX and BLAZE once again. Singer Chris Neighbour duetted with Sonia Porzier on the track 'The Messenger' on the MERCURY RAIN EP 'St. Matthieu'. FOURWAYKILL would feature as part of the April 2005 'New Blood Of British Metal' UK tour alongside PANIC CELL and SEASON'S END. October gigs had the band packaged with STUCK MOJO, FOREVER NEVER and PANIC CELL.

Rob Hicks joined SON OF SCIENCE, the technical Metal band formed by former INTENSE and DRAGONFORCE bassist Adrian Lambert.
