Biography

Blues Rock act led by the larger than life singer Nicky Moore. The singer's career had led him through HACKENSACK, TIGER with guitarist Big Jim Sullivan, THE NICKY MOORE BAND and most famously SAMSON. Moore also auditioned for BLACK SABBATH in 1983 and sang for ULI JON ROTH's band ELECTRIC SUN for an American tour and the portly Rockers MAMMOTH.

During the 90's Moore resurrected THE NICKY MOORE BAND and also diverted himself with Soul band MISTER BIG STUFF prior to founding NICKY MOORE's BLUES CORPORATION.

The band debuted with a 1994 tape 'I Just Got Back' prior to the following year's CD 'Holding On' which featured guitarist Nigel Bagge. The 1997 follow up 'Take Me Home' had Bagge replaced by Richard Studholme who in turn was supplanted by Tommy Allen for '300 Pounds Of Joy'.

In 1999 Moore revived the mid 80's SAMSON line up performing at the Metal Crusade festival in Japan and the 2000 Wacken Festival in Germany.
