NEW ENGLAND adopted the new shortened title of N.E.U.K. in 1994, although they were forced to replace vocalist Paul McKenna with Mick Readings in October 1995. Having released the 'State Of Mind' album in 1995, N.E.U.K. undertook a short British headline club tour in March 1996.

Guitarist Dave Cooke was previously a member of LEGEND and STRATEGY. Chris Huxter was a member of ATOM SEED.
