Biography

Ilford based Hard Rock trio that achieved chart success with the gutsy 'Race With The Devil'. The debut album, a mix of Psychedelic and Progressive Rock, sported a Roger Dean sleeve. Future YES vocalist JON ANDERSON actually fronted the band in it's formative stages but left prior to any gigs or recording.

The second album saw drummer Louis Farrell depart for BULLDOG BREED. His place was taken for the 'Gunsight' album by Pete Dunton.

Following the split of GUN the Gurvitz brothers founded THREE MAN ARMY then the BAKER-GURVITZ BAND. Dunton joined T2.

In 1978 JUDAS PRIEST covered 'Race With The Devil' but their effort would only see the light of day as part of a series of 2001 re-issues.
