Biography

Standard 70's Blues based Hard Rock. For the second album HUSTLER trimmed down to a quartet, losing keyboard player Kenny Daughters and drummer Tony Beard. New recruit on the drum stool for the 1975 album was ex-STORYTELLER man Henry Spinetti. A point of curiosity is that one of the models used for the cover of the 'High Street' album is none other than Jayne Andrews, later long-term management co-ordinator for JUDAS PRIEST.

Mick Llewellyn joined MR BIG for UK touring in 1977 on HUSTLER's demise. Beard journeyed through many notable acts and plays drums on JOHN WAITE's 'Temple Bar' & 'When You Were Mine', MIKE OLDFIELD's 'Islands', TONY BANKS's 'Fugitive', DAVID LEE ROTH's 'Your Filthy Little Mouth' TOMMY SHAW's 'Ambition' and FOREIGNER's 'Unusual Heat'. Henry Spinetti's next port of call would be TUNDRA before joining the ERIC CLAPTON band.
