Doom styled Gothic outfit created by guitarists Allan Lesser of ROOM 101 and Chris 'Deko' Poore of THE SLEEPING MYTH in 2003, the idea for the band actually decided upon in London's 'The Intrepid Fox' pub. Subsequent recruits would be bassist Jason Rose, drummer Tony Towey and singer Judy K. The bass position would be handed over to Ian King in early 2003.

CRIMSON ALTAR would work on a debut album 'The Ghost Ship Sails' for 2004 release.
