AD INFINITUM guitarists Micke Jacobsson and Kenny Lundstedt are both ex-members of DEFORMITY and INTERNAL DECAY. Drummer Micke Nyholm also has DEFORMITY credits. Founded in Väsby during 1994 the band inducted bassist Janne 'de Sade' Sokura the following year and singer Peter Andersson in 1996. AD INFINITUM issued an eponymous demo for starters, followed up by the well received 'After Judgement' tape in October of 1997. Micke Nyholm donated his services on a session basis to a SORG demo in 1998. The following year AD INFINITUM featured on a four way split single, 'Suburban Metal', on Denim Records shared with PANDEMONIC, MYTHISTORY and GALLOW. This single, pressed in blue vinyl, was limited to 500 copies.

Jakobsson and De Sade subsequently united with former SOILS OF FATE drummer Nicke Karlsson to found PANDEMONIC.
