Ekerö based Death Metal act with origins in a 1994 IRON MAIDEN covers act MADE OF IRON founded by the NECROLOGY guitar pairing of Björn Thelberg and Mikael Lamming. Bassist Gurra "Ondskan" Pellijeff was introduced in 1995 and subsequently vocalist Mathias Sistonen and SHAMHAROTH drummer Acke Åkesson. L-E Limnell arrived on bass in 1996. SPAZMOSITY would then eject Sistonen in favour of frontman Peter Emanuelsson for live work, this line up featured on the February 1997 demo 'The Fading Of Life'. The group also gained exposure with the inclusion of their track 'Beyond The Gates Of Slumber' on the X-Tream Records compilation album 'From The Underground'.

Micke Nordström took on bass duties, L-E Limnell joining SANGUINARY and GUIDANCE OF SIN, for the follow up 1999 demo 'Brought Back From The Grave', after which Jesper Enander enrolled into the drum role. In February of 2003 SPAZMOSITY issued the Tore Stierna produced demo 'Storm Metal'.
