Announced in mid July 2009, IRON LAMB is a Stockholm based band formed by underground metal veterans Johan Wallin, of GENERAL SURGERY, SCURVY, BOMBSTRIKE and ex-REPUGNANT, Grga Lindström, ex-REPUGNANT, Thomas Daun, of DISMEMBER, ex-REPUGNANT and ex-INSISION, plus Daniel Ekeroth, from TYRANT, ex-INSISION and ex-DELLAMORTE.

The group described itself as the "bastard son of early MOTÖRHEAD and G.G. ALLIN . . . This is the real deal, born and raised in the gutter and we're here to bring danger back into rock 'n' roll!"
