PANZERSCHRECK, named after the WW II German disposable tank destroyer, is a Sandviken, Gävle based Crustcore band founded during 2005 by the RADIOSKUGGA and MEGATRON credited guitarist Tommy and drummer Stefan Englund. They would be joined by second guitarist Rikard Olsson, of GADGET, DISKONTO, SHITSTORM and NAGANA. Fredrik HÃ¥f from VULTURE and GARROTED took up the vocalist role and Emppa of SLAVATOR, KNOCKOUT DROPS and DEDAM became bassist.

The group first performed live at the Sandviken Kungen on July 14th 2006, debuting new DEVOURER, EX INFERIS, EXOSUS, RADIOSKUGGA and IN AETERNUM credited bassist John Falk, having replaced Emppa.
