Biography

Neo-classical, symphonic Metal. PLATITUDE released the 'Wings Of Time' demo in 2001. Signing to the Italian Scarlet label the band cut the Tommy Hansen produced album 'Nine' at Jailhouse Studios in Denmark for April 2004 issue. Japanese variants on King Records added an extra bonus track 'Supernova'.

PLATITUDE keyboard player Andreas Lindahl stood in for NARNIA gigs in July of 2004, their regular band member Linus KÃ¥se being otherwise occupied on honeymoon. Drummer Marcus Höher then exited, being replaced by the SPACE ODYSSEY credited Andreas Brobjer. Amidst all this activity, Andreas Lindahl found time to guest on Christian Rivel of NARNIA's ambitious epic Rock project AUDIOVISION's 'The Calling' album. The keyboard player would also form up a studio band, headed by TEARS OF ANGER drummer Daniel Fores and including guitarist BENNY JANSSON, STORMWIND bassist Andreas Olsson and MIND'S EYE singer Andreas Novak, to cut a version of 'Wild Frontier' for the GARY MOORE tribute album 'Give Us Moore'.

In 2005 Andreas Lindahl temped for Danish act MANTICORA's European tour dates. The band parted ways with Lindahl the following month. Meantime, Daniel Hall would join the touring line-up of the ROB ROCK band as Andreas Brobjer sessioned on the debut ANGTORIA album ''God Has A Plan For Us All'.

A new PLATITUDE album, 'Silence Speaks', would be recorded at Jailhouse Studios in Denmark in April. 'Silence Speaks' would be released in March 2006 by German label Metal Heaven. King Records took the album on for Japan.
