N.C.O. ('Nephenzy Chaos Order') previously traded under the title NEPHENZY. As their former band was near to breaking up in 1998 after issue of the album 'Where Death Becomes Art' NEPHENZY introduced new guitarist M. Flatline (a.k.a. Mathias Kamijo of HYPOCRISY, ABEMAL, ALGAION, THE ABYSS, WELTMACHT and VERGELMER repute), and, with this revised line-up retitled the band as N.C.O. for the 2000 demo recording 'The Right To Remain Violent'. A second demo, 'The Total Abuse', secured a label deal with Baphomet Records.

N.C.O. comprises frontman M. Chaos (a.k.a. Martin Hallin), guitarists M. Flatline and T. Nails, with S. Demon on bass and M. Axe (Martin Axenrot) on the drums. The latter boasts a lineage with WITCHERY, SATANIC SLAUGHTER, BLASPHEMOUS, COVEN, MORGUE, TRIUMPHATOR and NIFELHEIM. The drummer added to his roster of official projects by joining the Blackeim and DAN SWANȪ mentored BLOODBATH in March 2004. Mathias Kamijo joined the ranks of MORIFADE in March 2006.
