HEARTBREAK RADIO is a band project founded in 2004 by the noted production team of Torbjörn Wassenius and Claes Andreasson, known for their accomplishments with LAST AUTUMN'S DREAM. The band would be formulated by putting together the talents of singers MIKAEL ERLANDSSON, of LAST AUTUMN'S DREAM, and ex-PRISONER frontman Pierre Weinsberg. The music would be provided by the GEISHA, KING DIAMOND and MOTÖRHEAD credited Mikkey Dee on drums, Magnus Rosén of HAMMERFALL on bass guitar plus guitarists SAYIT, T'Bell and RADIOACTIVE man TOMMY DENANDER. Other album guests included Max Abbey of ULTRAVOX, bassist Joel Starander of GEISHA, KHARMA, TOTEM and SAYIT plus ALIEN vocalist JIM JIDHED. The album, surfacing in 2005 on the AOR Heaven label, was recorded at at Sunday Music Studios in Gothenburg between September and December 2004.
